No extra costs
We change bed linen and tablecloths, bath and kitchen towels as required. Power, water and heating, cable TV, stereo, ironing board, iron and cleaning agents are supplied free of charge.
Additional charges
HS Adults: EUR 1.80/day, children over 6 years of age EUR 0.90/day
LS: Adults: EUR 1.60/day, children over 6 years of age EUR 0.80/day
Pets (only upon request): EUR 8 per day
Garage: Winter EUR 5,- per day, Summer EUR 3,-
Registration
We would be delighted to provide you with a quote if you inform us on the number of accompanying adults and children as well as the children's ages. As soon as you have confirmed your reservation orally or in writing, we will mail you a rental contract for the chosen apartment. Sign and return the contract, and please send us your credit card information. We will charge the entire amount up front to hold your reservation.We highly recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy in case you should be unable to fulfill your contractual obligations. Insurance documents will be enclosed with the rental contract.
Journey
Guests are welcome throughout the entire year. You may arrive on any day of the week with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. We will be pleased to welcome you after 3 p.m. On the day of your departure, you should vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m., as we would like to present the next guests with a perfectly clean apartment, too.
Extend your vacation!
Early Check-in or Late Check-out: If you would like to check in earlier than 3 p.m. or stay until noon, ask us and we’ll let you know if it is possible. Depending on the apartment, it will cost € 20, - to € 50,- extra.
